Three days of art and fun
For 2024, I am bringing you a new retreat experience. One of the most frequently asked questions about print making is “What do you do with it?”. I’m ready to share one of my favorite ways to use printed papers and fabrics, abstract paintings. We will focus on floals, but the basics apply to all of our paintings. Will you join me?

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
During this 3-day retreat we will explore several styles of print making, create PILES of printed paper and fabric, then use them to create amazing abstract floral paintings. . This retreat is limited to only 10 participants, allowing for personal instruction with everyone.

learn more about print making (we’ll cover the basics too!)
gather inspiration from nature
explore composition of paintings
have fun with color theory to create eye-catching art
learn about using underpaintings and collage
practice, practice, practice
What is included?
All supplies (there will be short optional supply list), field trip entrance and transportation, all meals and drinks during retreat times and transportation to and from your hotel.
Items not included: your transportation from your home to Lakeland, hotel stays, purchases on field trips or any alcoholic beverage purchases.
